Stanwells Designs – Order Cancellation Policy
At Stanwells Designs, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our order cancellation policy before making a request.
1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order.
- After 5 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
- To cancel an order, email Support@stanwellsdesigns.in with the following details:
- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Cancellation
- Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation status.
3. Refund & Processing
- If the cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed based on the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7 to 8 working business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled after 5 hours of placement.
- If an order is ineligible for cancellation, customers may request an exchange under our Exchange Policy.
